What is the Open Bill Program?
The Open Bill Program was an electronic billing system allowing customers with service from Enbridge Gas to make payments on their loan or lease for products from Simply Green Home Services (or its subsidiaries) through their monthly Enbridge invoice. The program is ending and current customers must switch to our pre-authorized payment program as soon as possible. This change is for ALL CUSTOMERS who are currently billed through the Enbridge Open Bill Program. To learn more, click here.

What does this mean for me?
This means that you now have to sign up for pre-authorized payments to ensure that your service continues uninterrupted.
What about my Enbridge and/or my other bills?

Will the date of my billing change?
Our pre-authorized payment program differs slightly from the Open Bill Program, in that we bill for the month ahead instead of for the month preceding. To make changes to your billing cycle, please call us at 1-888-240-5137.
